Even though the announcement said the sale amount is not the settlement amount, but you'd imagine it will be between $30-60m USD considering the way payment was set up, in 2 tranches.

It is good to hear that this is all coming to an end soon, "in the coming weeks". And this is not ideal at all, but probably the best we can hope for.

I guess once this is settled, FFX will be able to sell Morilla for $1, and then they can return the LLL shares to shareholders after escrow ends.
