If it is to cover Morilla (and what else could it be?), Very interesting potential legal conundrum, but I'm sure the 'acting in the best interest of LLL shareholders" test is well and truly met by maintaining relations with the Government - I mean the gov are effectively blocking the commencement of production at the moment so...it is what it is. Personally I'd rather have taken the Junta to international arbitration for their extra-legal actions. Perhaps they have seen what's gone on in DRC and decided it was better to get things moving and pay the money. Even more mess created by (IMO) the three biggest mug F-wits in ASX history, Cowden, Borg and Hepburn the three on the BOD that decided to take on Morilla.
A total crapshow - Cowden and Anderson ought to hand back every single bloody share they ever received or be put in stocks in the town square in Perth and be pelted with fruit and garbage for a week.
