If it is to cover Morilla (and what else could it be?), Very interesting potential legal conundrum, but I'm sure the 'acting in the best interest of LLL shareholders" test is well and truly met by maintaining relations with the Government - I mean the gov are effectively blocking the commencement of production at the moment so...it is what it is. Personally I'd rather have taken the Junta to international arbitration for their extra-legal actions. Perhaps they have seen what's gone on in DRC and decided it was better to get things moving and pay the money.
