- Cheap purchase price of assets while oil market was down.
- Large land holdings ... so in oil sweet spots or next hot spots
- Existing oil producing assets generating cash .... future infill drilling to boost production & cash
- Proven & experienced management >> old AUT board that got bought out at $4.50.
- Large amount of cash in the bank.
- Large line of credit facility .. up 75-$100m
Let the drilling begin & hoping for success.
