Agree, a Farm In is absolutely the best option for our NT assets. Our partner is not mucking around and sees the greenfield potential in not only Empire's vast McArthur Basin tenements, but Armour's as well - this is a huge undertaking and will require a truckload of work. I thus think the terms are not only reasonable, but a win / win - ie for both parties.
