    Expensive funding, but I would think the strategy from here is get the plant fully operational via this funding (which should leave enough wriggle room for the usual commissioning hiccups). then list IM3NY and use part of the proceeds to clear this debt and negotiate a new and better debt facility via a much stronger balance sheet and direct capacity by iM3NY to raise additional capital.
