Who cares as to the rate.
12% for short term finance. I think the US guys didnt want to be diluted again and again.
If it was a raise its 6 percent fee.
And forever dilution at 15 to 25% discount.
In 12 months time the loan is paid out with US listing and anything under 40 cents is a bargain
