    Agreed, and in addition, SP appreciates so much in the meantime that at time of repayment 12.5% seems cheap in relation to the discount that shares would have to have been offered at vs what they will be when the loans repaid. Interesting play at high rates - these guys are either very savvy or .... not ! Interesting to watch this unfold now
