i think you need to recalculate your amount here, since IDA only has 65-70% of the amount so technically it wont be 13-14c .. it will be considerably lower than that as per my opinion. need to wait and see what they say about the distribution, however its disappointing to give them a discount of over $35 million and the payment time frame extending to next year. so what is the purpose of them confirm in that they abide to pay by 45 days of settlement to the ICSID. just doesnt make sense.
