so its (67 % of US$90M minus costs US23M minus the company retaining say US$3-4M) x 1.5x exchange rate = AUD$54M for shareholders @ 600M shares. Barely over 9 cents. But of course the lawyers get their money, in full and on time. Not a good deal for the long wait that was almost over..
