that´s correct, but depending on the distribution between the Claimants and the tax issue. Since IDA has repeatedly emphasized that the distribution is not necessarily in proportion to the shares, I would not be surprised if IDA received less than the 69% to which they are arithmetically entitled.
Another concern is the uncertainty as to whether Tanzania will meet its payment obligations.
