I think considering the risks, she has negotiated the best possible outcome for shareholders (which is obviously in her interests as well). There comes a point if you push too hard, you may get nothing so, I am very confident that both of the next payments will be made. It is should also be noted that the spacing of the payments was a negotiated outcome to facilitate the Tanzanian government's abilty to access US$ and make the payment. I have said before that I would be happy with a 10c dividend; from the webinar, this is the worst case senario.
