surely they will, otherwise the dozens of others lined up at the tribunal will be laughing as tanzania will have less than zero credibility, Plus the World Bank will not be impressed. at that point our cash balance in AUD will be nearly equal to our (current) market of 60M AUD, I don't see how the share price doesn't push to 11-12c after that but the market doesn't seem to appreciate IDA in general so who knows. maybe we will only see the SP rise when we actually have the dividend to declare...
