I still firmly believe that XTV's product is niche at best and simply cannot compete with the likes of Twitch.tv and youtube. Heck, even FB has live streaming (yes yes, i know it's not TV per se).
Look how clunky and big those cloud TV units are.. seriously?

I'm just riding the wave right now. Buy low, sell high while the market still has absolutely no idea what to truly make of this announcement other than:
- "omg 90m acquisition"
- "Wait, it's not yet confirmed and signed"
- "Do we even know what % of ownership XTV get?"
- "So how are these 2,500 even going to be used"
- "Where are these TV's going to be used? These Cloud TV's look stupidly big and clunky.."
