    these backdoor listing taking place all the time. It is the easist way for new company to buy existing shell company that is struggling to pay yearly asx fee.
    My frustration is to see these sort of founders live a luxury life whilst many mom and dad losing hundred or million $$$. In this world dogs eat dogs, trust no words from any company directors until you actually see $$$ or formal contract signed.
