Highly likely....I was watching ( and buying ). The seller was feeding out 500k lots but when another seller came along, panic set in and it seems he wanted to finalise his order, hence the final dump.
Always a risk, but jumping into these " distressed " sales usually proves lucrative. In this case, I reiterate my thinking that the board needs to see the fins in the water below the gangplank in an effort to spruce them because at the moment, their performance ain't good enough to continue feeding them
