I'm with Freestar ... hope it doesn't get taken over ... and I really do think its "too small" to move the needle for HBM. They paid ~US$440M for Copper Mountain Mining Corp (which owned 75% ownership of the mine ... the other 25% belongs to Mitsubishi) which on a look through basis says ~US$556 for the whole thing ... which had P&P Reserves of 367Mt 0.25% Cu and 0.12g/t Au (so roughly 900Kt of Cu and 1.4 Moz Au and a LoM of 21 years producing ~45Ktpy Cu over 1st 10 years. It is their smallest copper mine. NWC Cu production is only ~18Ktpy Cu .
Gil would be a great addition to help Nick get Antler into production ... but 2 of Gil's companies eventually dropped into HBM's lap. Gil's resume has "mine builder" written all over it.
