Great thoughts, thanks Ryan. I'm from consumer goods background and had a lot to do with apps so get what you're saying. In the upcoming releases Id love to hear that they are working with major suppliers (Mayne / Sigma / there's one other from memory?), industry groups (Guild), Pharmacies at the cold face (as you say via reps) and buying advertising space on the crazy bits of cardboard you put around my script. (If you visit a chemist warehouse they have lots of paraphernalia in store talking to their app.
If they could launch a booking app (I hear health engine isn't great) to integrate and then hit up Insurers too.
The idea is that the end to end saves everyone time and money, the patient should see improved outcomes and therefore it becomes worth paying for. My feel is that this is essentially the approach being taken in the States and I think its the only way to continually gain share and generate income in small markets such as ours.
Having said all of that I'm happy for the focus to be in the states at the moment the big fish are swimming there.
