Well maybe not quite correct. The ann days "As part of the fee for this engagement" would suggest the options are part of what they have negotiated, they just don't say what the rest of the fee is. Nonetheless, I see it as a very positive step. A good PR company can be worth many multiples of what you pay them if they can get funds on board. I see the options as performance shares and the 40c and 48c prices as the minimum hurdles they need to meet to maximise their payment.
