• Authorizing debtors to continue use of their existing cash management system, including

1. Maintaining bank accounts
2. Continue inter company transactions.
3. Continue paying bank fees.
4. Continue using credit cards.

Shipping has been smashed by pandemic. Cruise ships have gone broke. Off shore oil companies are on life support.
A grim picture in which speed cast has to raise enough revenue to pay creditors.
I have probably lost my money in this fantasy story which is speed cast.

One hope would be a corporate bond bought by Government to give us liquidity.
