Yes, the company should clarify some of the issues, as its not 100% clear whether they are talking about treating newborn children, or existing children who are affected by ADHD2.
As to existing children with this problem: there is certainly a huge market already - possibly many millions in US alone.
As to new born, we should remember that statistics state only about 10% are affected. So out of the 3M newborn each year, about 300,000 are affected and it will be a number of years before they are diagnosed to have such issues.
In any case, lets not forget there is a huge population outside the US. Of the 7 Billion people living on this planet, only about 330M live in the US.
There will be many English speaking countries to target first (like the strategy of PCK), before they tailor the service in other languages.
