was watching a MARC RUBIO speech in the USA where he was saying about control of the ree by china market and there was a snippet of the ceo of the ones who purchased the mine lake mountian, and a new production facillity before the previous owners sold out also stated that this mine could supply the whole USA demand,
so take it either way
i will try and find the speech,as he was saying keep america america
