Dylan at Ord's shows $4.90 as NPV estimate FY20, doubt anyone would be complaining if the SP made that!
IMO he's overweighted HRE impact on NPV but views it in isolation.
FY21E PE at 9 vs UBS 7.9 but Ord's using lower NdPr value, regardless their both probably talking $5/6 range with plenty of upside FY22E.
