Pout: "US may want fully internalized?" Doubt it. In fact, they want an integrated Australia/US industry--why have an agreement to do just that. I think that is what, in part, makes Lynas the likely winner. Also doesn't hurt that Lynas is a profitable $1.8 billion company with proven expertise in wringing money out of REE ores.
