Exactly west, Now that the US military has stepped up you watch how many other countries will hold stock for the same purposes.
Can't remember the shelf life off the top of my heard but it was 2 or 3 yrs from memory so will have to resupply as well even if not used in emergency situations.
This will be rerated again by the likes of Baillieu and others.
