Maybe not the right choice of words IMO.
The company has been "de-risked" compared with 12 months ago, which is why new investors need to pay more.
In the near future it will go from speculative "blue-sky" ratings to actual performance ratings using P/E.
Which is presumably why they have now employed someone with managerial experience given they are starting to make good revenues.
I've averaged up on this one rather than looking for a "free carry", (so my profitability is far below your 20x initial investment). I guess that strategy preserves your capital, but 95% is still "at risk".
