I thin PHK would release more details if they could. Remember that SePRO is a private company, they don't even like the fact that PHK has to make an announcement at all as it lets their competitors know what they are up to.
Ballpark figures:
Significant initial order $100 - $200k
Annual purchase order agreement year 1, $0.5 - $1m ratcheting up there after
