What is unclear is what are the distribution mechanisms that will be used? With cities in lock down will it be thru online channels? Or retail thru Walmarts? Providing this info would have been good.
Not sure if there are penalty clauses if not purchasing $3m annually. What if covid-19 dies out this year what happens to this commitment? As there is no commitment past the first year why agree on exclusivity for 3 years?
