1) My read of the announcement is I think the wording in the uk testing announcement is actually explicit to the COVID19 Virus. Specifically this extract:

’due to the urgency of the problem worldwide caused by Covid-19, we need to obtain verifiable data that Path-Away® kills THIS ceoronavirus. I am personally coordinating with the laboratory which has placed testing of Covid-19 on high priority,” said Dr, Arth

i have capitalised the ‘this’ ,

2) also relevant is that they have previously tested path-away successfully against other Corona virus types (or surrogates) in WHO accredited Malaysia laboratories which is why I cannot see them doing this again.

3) they are a science based company and more than I think most understand the value of this critical evidence. They also would not have needed to wait weeks to get a sample of a surrogate feline coronavirus out of China as could have done this a lot quicker
