I hate to burst your bubble but I think you'll find it's a really dud deal.

US department of defense research is quite literally take a few pennies (in the scheme of things) to support your consumer research trials while giving the government, defense and associated departments, uninhibited access to use your technology without your permission, or ANY royalty to you across their millions of personnel - terrible (look it up!)

Selling to the government for their use across all of those departments, is worth MUCH more to a company in the bigger picture, then a little financial/research support for a puff on the local market. Pharmco's wouldn't take much interest in something that's dramatically slashed its future sales potential (note they NEVER do a deal).

The real question to be asked is why is the public not adequately informed by IMC of the pit-falls of taking this government contract? US investors clearly know...
