Is there any reason to think that AJX won't capture 50% of that...

Is there any reason to think that AJX won't capture 50% of that $240 million market?!
NC has consistently said that the military is about validation no value, and that the commercial sector will dwarf the military income!
So if we're heading rapidly (24 months perhaps) towards sewing up the military market, how big will the commercial ramp up be!?
Also if this touches $1.25 does this mean that GR and NC get those performance rights within a month of the milestones being set!?
I think the market won't 'get' this or if they don't the big boys will toy around with the SP to try and shake out a few weak hands.
