So royalties to silex per annum from a Paducah plant would be somewhere around 14 cents per share. The thing is a working plant would likely lead to more laser enrichment like the proposed Wilmington plant . These type of plants would be worth around 70cent per ann per share to silex plus silex's share of GLE profit depending what percentage they retain.
One thing from history once centrifuge tech enrichment was built no one ever built another diffusion plant . More laser plants would be a good possibility as the US takes back the lead in nuclear.
Sorry about not setting out my maths , just too happy to do that now but the figures are ball park correct
