Many will recall some months ago, when Greg used the word "hopeful" in his comments in the September 2018 quarterly report "in our ability to bring FID for Magnolia to board of directors in the first part of 2019." This one word resulted in the SP crashing to 40 cents. Realising that he had indeed perhaps used some poor terminology, later that day he posted on twitter that he was now "confident". Two different words resulting in two vastly different reactions.
He won't make that mistake again and as a consequence no doubt understands that every word he utters is scrutinised intently. So by saying that our discussions are now at an "advanced stage" with offtakers, you can betcha bottom dollar that the BTA pen (likely filled with IDG ink) is hovering closely above the dotted line now. I feel that we will learn soon enough when "the first part of 2019" actually is.
