I'm with you on the potential of new contracts. The US new Infrastucture Bill opens enormous opportunity for anyone with relevant cutting edge technology, as proven today.
But I don't think the buck will stop here in the utilty space, because with one foot in the door, the whole room is now aviailable. State enterprise, local governments etc. Imagine something like California signing us for water infrastructure, or NY parking spaces........
Anyway, as mentioned above, construction and defence pending.
