Agreed, they should definitely have more medical specialists on board, and those with experience moving innovative medical products into commercial ones.
They do have 3 medical advisors on board, according to their website (about->management), though I'm not sure why they wouldnt be shown off a bit more in the investor presentations. Seem to be brushed under the mat.
