IF you are a big holder, having the likes of 20% of shares on issue, and as an investor you believe ADR will succeed in time, knowing currently ADR are in need of a CR, wouldn't you dump even 20% of your holdings, pushing it down, manipulating the fall, so as to gain a bargain price when the CR is offered to soph or private investors... Then load up again, bring the average right down..

IMO this next CR should be the last one, ADR should soon become cash flow positive...

Down side is, us little retail investors are getting smashed over and over, played into the games of manipulation..

The directors and board don't care about the SP, they are getting their fat incomes.. shareholders across the micro cap stocks are nothing more than a cash cow... rarely do we make a good return on such investments... its bloody hard game that's for sure...

Im 100% convinced that if someone had the balls to do it, you could get the trading investigated here, my bet would be someone is pushing the SP way down to gain bargain entry... Regal did this before, could even be doing it again... hammered the SP, sold out then bought again at way lower prices... this is what we are subject to, Im 100% convinced... the only way we will win is to figure out when there is a clear bottom.... average down and live in hope, what else can you do other than dump and move on..
