The key message I heard (about the 3.20 mark) was that IHL is confident with the efficacy and safety of this drug but we need to take that data to the FDA once the treail is completed - so yep, more FDA discussions/approval required post completion of the trials, but as long as we have reason to be confident then I am OK.

In terms of the selling going on at the moment, I am assuming that it is Aus index funds, super funds and even retail investors that either can't have or don't want exposures to IXHL (and USD) on the Nasdaq going forward.

This would explain the constant sell side pressure. We won't really know until we have come out the other side and we have to stay awake overnight to watch the share price move. I am looking forward to when we delist on the ASX so we know where we truly stand - ie, a Game Changer or pretender (I am backing the Game Changer option).
