The AUD has fallen considerably.. the conversion of shares and the conversion from-USD to AUD will see the shares at parity..
and arbitrage is done with simultaneous transactions (usually) to make a profit... buying and selling the same thing at the same time... virtually impossible on opposite clock markets... typically found in futures or cash markets...
