I am a bit surprised by this, as tox studies have not been finalised. Recently PAA had to resubmit off the back of P1 data. This suggests FDA has recognised the PK/PD properties are sufficient to support that RC220 ought to function the same as RC110. If FDA accept so too will Pharma.
why is this relevant? we might see BTD off the back of the IND especially if FDA consider it a worthy cause that aligns with Optimus project. Watch this space!
