Also I believe that NTI's legal advise on the license issue is that the claims are totally baseless and can easily be defended -- as they have stated, and I believe that is the reason they did not announce it when they first received these claims in early Sept.

I believe for the "cleansing statement" regarding the issue of new shares, they may have been required to, even though they think it's totally baseless. To further cement their view I believe that is why it was made as a "Non Market sensitive " announcement.

But I am disappointed in the management how this license issue was presented and also about ODD for Pandas Pans, but the good news is, obviously the FDA thinks its a much bigger market than the 1 in 200,000 needed to qualify for ODD,- being the requirement for a Rare Disease -- they sited a number of 1 in 200. They appear to acknowledge our results and only focused on the size of the market.

Just cheap and I, like you Vanimo , believe we will get there.
