    re: Ann: US Fund Investment Allows Completion... Thanks matt. It was the $75k I was thinking about. Just wondering if they would be trying to manipulate the vwap. Or perhaps it's too trivial to bother with? So if the drawdown is tomorrow or Monday, today would be part of the pre-issuance vwap and tomorrow might be as well.
