It would be a waste to run up the test loop at Wilmington, make product and then just spin it around back into the diluted feed. Especially so in the new russian affected enviroment.
All we've been told is the game will be in Paducah so im going with that, and that'd be fine. Although given the past Wilmington licence and potentially the faster track to Haleu, Wilmington may be a possibility. Althoughi reckon only if there was very strong support from GEH .
