All I was trying to point out in my previous post is that there are two sides to every coin, and while the cash is very welcome, it comes at the cost of a further significant dilution. Also, $800k, being the entire amount you can raise in a year (bar a refresh) doesn't last long when your operating cash is a negative $600k for the March quarter, and $2.3M for the nine months to March. Some may like to only look at one side of the story, I try and think more deeply.

A bit like hysterical cries about a Great Big New Tax, with never a mention of the Great Big New Compensation Package - but that's another story.
