Thanks again Beton,In my trade we are governed by Australian Standards,any doubt or dispute refer to Australian Standard bla bla bla.
I dont know who or what body set up the Standard that we ran on.
I think what you may be hinting at is that it a bit like,you make the first move,no you make a move, it is a bit scary to be the leader in a change.
I know in my trade the laws covered their butts way more than they had to in reality,we knew that you could reduce what was written in the laws and it still worked.
What I am getting at is this,is there,or what is the body or the group who would govern such a change at the rules,standard, end of concrete construction.
