yes great points - only way up IMO and as a start is if the Chairperson is removed and replaced by a person with new vision - IMO this generic topical move was a desperation move to get product on market ASAP as they had nothing/not much in the pipeline at the time and needed to justify their bonuses and above market wages - they had lived on past glories and that is the fault of those "steering the ship" in not having a pipeline at a more advanced stage particular with the bucks they that had - thus the need IMO of cleaning out management starting at the top!! all imo.
and yes there was always the concern that they are attempting to compete in a small but competitive market and they tried to offload that marketing etc to third parties one of which has slid into bankruptcy or something similar - so shows how lacklustre they are at doing DD and also at getting this firing - targets are not being achieved in a timely manner (not that one would recognise that given the bonuses they get) and IMO there needs to be a CR very shortly unless they scale back costs - starting with staffing!!! but the chances of that whilst chairman still on deck - well i don't like them thus the slippery path company is on. MAYBE just maybe they will surprise but with the lack of substantive information being provided for quite a while now - well it doesnt look good from where i stand)
yeah CR well and truly on the way IMO - wonder if its being kept on the low down hoping that there may be something anything that the PR dept can latch onto at some stage then go for the CR - lets see how this plays out!!! all IMO DYOR.
