Quality research is one thing, and then the business interpretation of black and white indisputable facts is gratefully received.

Speculation and postulation with the use of some of the facts is not research but just "filling" and can be very misleading.

I called the Hygea PO as something way less than a guaranteed $22 million US over the period many times. So did Harlan.

GMV media mentioned Hygea many times over the period.

I researched the above website and their media and NOT ONCE does any Hygea generated website or media mention any GMV PO's or products, and also any company restructure which would affect any end care patient.

This dud overstated purchase order and the resultant withdrawn Nasdaq listing has caused GMV a lot of reputational damage.
