    Why criticise management. They have done an excellent job of getting YOW major U.S. contract in quick time.
    If they needed $10mill a S708 raising is quickest way. If they have got a few insto's on board so much the better.
    A rights issue would have taken too long.
    They may do an SPP but have not said anything about it.
    I say congratulations to management.
    The trouble with this forum is we have too many "experts".
