Tim strikes me as someone who cares more about his business reputation and character than he does about the money. Being upset at the low share price is counterproductive. Better off buying more and averaging down, as I also have done - and am now also at breakeven. Tim's reputation was a main factor in that - I'm sure he has an itch to see this through to a significant success.
