Hi Zen, no I didn't charge tax. Tax is too complicated for me, also, I assume both US and Aus do not charge double tax on income thus IF ACG pays tax and then distribute remaining profit as dividend, the dividend will carry franking credits to the S/H anyway.
re. the diff. in valuation/PV, you assume ACG sells 4000 units/year for 8 years, while I assume ACG sells 4000 units/year ongoing. I believe that is a more appropriate assumption as machines do break down and need replacement.
