I dispute those ongoing revenue figures i worked for a company that had 2 robotic machines they used the software for years before upgrading, they do their own machine maintenance and consumables are sourced from elsewhere. There is no reason a company that purchases one of these machines can't do a similar thing. Why would you buy a machine that you have to spend $150 000 every year to upgrade the software? would you buy a computer for $800 if you had to spend $150 every year upgrading the software? The machine should be able to run for years without any major spend on new software.
